Todd E. Heller, Esq., CPC - President

Todd Heller is an attorney (admitted to practice in New York and Florida) and Certified Pension Consultant with ASPPA. After graduating from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1998, he spent five years working in the ERISA/Employee Benefits Department of the Manhattan office of the world's largest law firm before rejoining Heller Pension Associates in 2003, at which time he opened our Florida office. Mr. Heller's primary focus is retirement plan design and documentation services, which includes ensuring that all of the retirement plans that we provide services to are properly and timely updated for current legislation and regulation, and that all such plans are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that they are providing optimal efficiency for the respective plan sponsors. Mr. Heller has performed many speaking engagements related to qualified retirement plans.

Jennifer Van Wagner, CPC, ERPA - Vice President

Jennifer Van Wagner is a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) with ASPPA and an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) with the Internal Revenue Service. She is qualified to represent sponsors of retirement plans before the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. She graduated with a BS in Mathematics from Mount Saint Mary College in 1987. Mrs. Van Wagner joined the firm in 1987, and became Vice President in 1996. Her focus is in the area of qualified retirement plan administration and consulting. Her responsibilities include annual valuation preparation, consulting, and training and educating the staff at Heller Pension Associates, Inc.

Jeffrey L. Heller, CPC, MS Mathematics - Consultant

Jeff Heller is a Certified Pension Consultant with the American Society of Pension Professional and Actuaries (ASPPA). He also has a Masters Degree in Mathematics and has taught Mathematics as an Adjunct Lecturer at the College Level for 10 years. Mr. Heller joined the firm in the late 1970s, and became President in 1981. In 2010 he and Todd Heller became equal partners in the firm. Jeff Heller’s focus is in working with clients, potential clients and their professional consultants and advisers in developing retirement programs best suited for the client’s company. He also works closely with the staff at Heller Pension Associates, Inc. helping to maintain their technical expertise in the areas of qualified retirement plan administration and consultation. Mr. Heller is responsible for the work the firm does, in coordination with attorneys and clients, in matrimonial cases. This includes preparing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) and valuation of pension benefits. Mr. Heller has given numerous seminars for financial professionals related to the administration and design of qualified retirement plans.
