Todd E. Heller

Todd E. Heller serves as President of Heller Pension Associates, where he focuses on retirement plan design, client consulting, and overseeing the firm’s technical and service operations. He works closely with business owners, financial advisors, and CPAs to develop customized retirement plan strategies that align with each client’s financial and tax planning objectives. Todd is also actively involved in staff training, client meetings, and industry speaking engagements.

Prior to joining Heller Pension Associates, Todd practiced ERISA law with a large New York law firm, where he advised clients on qualified retirement plans, compliance, and regulatory matters. His legal background provides the firm with deep technical expertise in plan design and administration.

Todd is a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and is admitted to practice law in both Florida and New York. He earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany.

He is active in the professional community and previously served as President of the Fort Lauderdale Tax Council. Todd also volunteers with the local food bank.

Outside the office, Todd enjoys pickleball, tennis, running, and weight training. He and his wife, Rita, an endodontist, have two children — Dylan, who is entering medical school, and Jackson, who attends the University of Florida.
