Jeff Thomas

Jeff Thomas specializes in qualified retirement plan administration at Heller Pension Associates, with a primary focus on annual valuation preparation and ongoing plan compliance. He works closely with clients and advisors to ensure retirement plans are administered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. His long tenure with the firm provides clients with the benefit of continuity, experience, and a deep understanding of plan administration.

Jeff joined Heller Pension Associates in 1993 and has spent his career working in the field of qualified retirement plans. His extensive experience allows him to handle complex administrative matters while maintaining the attention to detail required to keep plans compliant and running smoothly.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with an Actuarial Science option from Penn State University. Jeff holds several professional designations through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), including Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), and Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC).

Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys golf and softball and closely follows Penn State athletics, New York Yankees baseball, and the New York Jets. He has also been active in his community, serving on the board of the Hyde Park Little League for more than 12 years.
