Tom Marshall QPA
Tom Marshall focuses on the administration of 401(k) and profit sharing plans at Heller Pension Associates. He works with clients to ensure plans are maintained accurately and in compliance with current regulations, providing reliable support throughout the annual administration process. His experience allows him to guide businesses through the details of plan operations while helping minimize administrative burden.
Tom joined the firm after earning his degree from the University at Albany, where he majored in Accounting with a minor in Business and Economics. He holds the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), reflecting his expertise in retirement plan administration and compliance.
Outside of work, Tom has been active in youth sports for many years, serving as a youth baseball manager for 17 years and as a board member for his local league for over a decade. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and attending his sons’ sporting events.
