Julie Banister

Julie Banister works in retirement plan administration at Heller Pension Associates, where she is responsible for administering defined benefit, cash balance, 401(k), profit sharing, and combination plans. She works closely with clients to ensure plans are maintained accurately, contributions are calculated properly, and all regulatory requirements are met. Her experience with multiple plan types allows her to support businesses with both straightforward and more complex retirement plan structures.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Marist College. Her strong analytical background supports the detailed work required in retirement plan administration and compliance.

Outside of the office, Julie enjoys community involvement, including community gardening, volunteering with animal shelters, and participating in voter engagement efforts such as Get Out the Vote initiatives.
