Natalie Gilbert QPA
Natalie Gilbert works in retirement plan administration at Heller Pension Associates, where she prepares plan installation, restatement, and amendment documents and reviews Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) calculations. Her work helps ensure that client retirement plans remain properly documented and compliant with current regulatory requirements. Natalie’s attention to detail and technical knowledge support the firm’s commitment to accuracy and long-term plan compliance.
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, with a minor in Business Economics, from the State University of New York at Potsdam. She holds the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), reflecting her expertise in retirement plan administration and documentation.
Outside of work, Natalie has been active in her community, previously serving as a board member and currently serving on the finance committee of Grace Smith House, Inc. She also enjoys exhibiting Guernsey dairy cattle with her family at the Dutchess County Fair and spending time reading.
